I can hear cars constantly racing down Lomagundi and Broadlands late at night on a daily basis. The sound is so loud, it feels like it is in our actual bedroom! I feel that the speed humps would serve as a deterrent to the people racing.
I stay on Broadlands and the way cars speed is appalling. For the safety of all those who use this road speed humps are the way to go.

Excessive speeding in a residential area creates a serious risk to pedestrians, children, cyclists, residents, and other motorists. The repeated high-speed driving, engine noise, acceleration and braking is disturbing us , particularly at night.
