YES to a New Beachwood Library!

We, the undersigned, support the proposed new Beachwood Library and Civic Campus project and encourage our community leaders to continue working together to move this vision forward.
This project presents an opportunity to invest in learning, recreation, accessibility, and community connection. The current concept includes a new library branch, improved sports fields and green space, a new intersection serving the campus and nearby amenities, and expanded/shared parking. [beachwoodohio.com]
We want Beachwood to continue being a community where families, students, seniors, and residents of all ages have welcoming places to learn, connect, work, play, and participate in community life.
By signing this petition, I am asking our community leaders to continue advancing the new Beachwood Library and Civic Campus project and to work collaboratively toward a solution that benefits the broader Beachwood community.

I have three young children and would love for their library experience to match their school experience here in beachwood!
I very much look forward to this improvement in Beachwood, and making this area of Fairmount the “heart” of the City. My hope is that the BCSD-owned land/current library are repurposed as a youth center, with additional recreation space (e.g., basketball courts).
After listening to the pro and cons, the benefits far exceeded any negatives. I hope the community is open to change especially when it benefits us all.
It will provide a much better central space for our community and an innovation center would be so incredible for everyone.
A new state of the art library would be beneficial to all residents in Beachwood and surrounding cities. I lived on Fairmount for 30 years and while I don't live in the neighborhood (downsized and moved due to age), I believe this is a win win for the city.
This will be wonderful for our community!!

Love the idea of more space, an auditorium, to allow fostering of more community activities at the library!
