We need smaller houses and flats which are affordable to young people as well as some suitable for older people not more large houses. The current roads and infrastructure will not support so many houses on this site.

Our infrastructure - drains, sewers, roads, doctors surgery etc cannot cope now, let alone another 58 more dwellings. The site off Beech lane is a serious flood area. And an historic and ancient ridge and furrough field. Kislingbury's Neighbour hood Plan has been over ridden and ignored. We have had more than enough new builds - more than our fair share. STOP IT.

Houses built in this area will not provide any benefit to the village or surrounding areas. It will also make the flood risk even higher. It would be irresponsible for this to be approved. Putting current villagers at risk, in harms way and completely ignoring the blatant consequences we have and will experience, time and time again.

This is a lovely village to live in and we want it to stay that way, building more houses on that location in particular will raise the risk of flooding, not to mention the wildlife that will be destroyed. The local services are already unable to cope, with the number of people in the area.

Beech LANE is what it’s called a lane. Therefore it can’t support anymore traffic. Also the schools, Doctors are full and Kislingbury has filled its housing quote, plus. The site is a ridge and furrow area full of wildlife, this must be protected.
