If I wanted to live in or near a development; I'd move to Guildford county. Have you seen all the "boil water advisory's? Who wants to deal with that on top of a cracker jack houses that are built poorly.

I have lived in Stokesdale my entire life. This area and into Rockingham county on Ellisboro road can barely handle the traffic it has now. Another 1100+ houses would decimate this area. Water sources, schools, traffic, emergency services would all be overwhelmed. This county is not ready for all of this.

I grew up on a farm and still live on a
farm in our county. I witness daily what the over building of homes are costing us in farmland. It is sad to see so many generational farms being sold to greedy developers to build homes in our area for people to move into that don't know or care about our traditions & way of life. Our schools and roads are already overwhelmed. I know that I personally prefer to know where my food is raised vs that which is potentially exposed to any kind of chemicals.

I live on Sardis Church road and this would be detrimental to the area. Which would result in Infrastructure Problems, Traffic Problems, Safety Problems, Enviromental Impacts and Economic Development Vision Issues.
