We do not need all those houses built. Leave Ellisboro alone. It will cause more issues and stress on others especially our farmers. They have worked day in and day out and worked their tails off to make a living and this would affect them tremendously which is not right at all. it would also be taking the animals habitats from them and that is not ok. How would those wanting to add those houses like their homes taken from them…. They wouldn’t.
Leave things the way they are!!

We do not want to destroy Rockingham County. Development at this level is not sustainable for our citizens. Our quality of life is important. Citizens will leave this beautiful place. It is sad when Guilford County is more attractive than this county. The County and planners need to think out of the box! There has to be a better way. Look at other Regions that are developing successfully. Citizen are taxed to pay for costs for developers to make their money. We are developing food deserts

This is not what this area needs. The infrastructure can’t handle it, we don’t have the space in schools, we don’t have enough emergency services to support it, we don’t have enough grocery stores, Ellisboro Rd is already dangerous enough, the wildlife will have no where to go and be displaced. No one with any sense wants this to happen. The small town appeal of living here would be gone. We don’t want guilford county growth in rockingham county. Don’t want to pay taxes for this mess

I think this would put a strain on people living in the community already cost the taxes will go up on them not on the people that's move in and put strain on the fire department the sheriff department and the schools! I think it will put a hurting on the farmers close by to because they drive that vehicles on the road and love people won't pay attention to that

Tired of more development coming to our area, then wanting all the amenities built they left from where they came. Also sick of more taxes for services I do not receive from the county. They can built 100 NORMAL homes on this property the way it's zoned today (residential AG) and their neighbors would be satisfied since it matches their own zoning.

The land and town is not equipped to handle this outrageous overgrowth.
We already see heavier traffic than it was just a few years ago.
Animals have been losing their homes left and right. they are running out of places to go.
We do not want it and do not need it.
HELP SAVE OUR COMMUNITY AND DEFEND THE WILDLIFE WHO CAN NOT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

For the tractors, 4 wheelers, parents taking children to school and and residents that travel Ellisboro Rd. Daily!. Horrible idea

I want to see our small community honored and kept for future generations to enjoy the simplicity of it. My husband and I have lived in Ellisboro since 1972 the year we got married. I’m saying NO to this outrageous lifestyle change for all of our families in Ellisboro
