We live very close to this on Mineral Springs Rd. Most people choose to live in this area because it's rural and we don't want to be in bigger cities or urban areas. If this passes and a development of this size and density is built here, our town will never be the same. Please sign and spread the word to everyone in our community!

I live on mineral Springs and I fear that any more traffic on this road is going to be very dangerous/deadly. Also, beyond the hideous site of houses slammed on top of each other. It will do nothing for our local economy. All jobs will be out of town and the workers coming to build will be outsourced.

Ray Charles could see that all Ray Covington and Michael Fox want to is make as much money as possible on this and then leave and go to the next available land opportunity. This is what they do (lie about the impact, lie about the taxes, lie about how it is going to help the area). They both live in homes over 4,000 sq/ft and the lots they are trying to put 3 or 4 DR Horton homes on are 6,000 sq/ft.
They mention little pools, pickle ball courts, trails etc. All lies…they just want to get richer!

We oppose six homes per acre because it would turn a rural area into a dense subdivision, overwhelm local schools by potentially doubling or tripling attendance, increase traffic on rural roads, strain fire, EMS, and law enforcement, and shift infrastructure costs to current taxpayers. One acre minimum lots are the responsible alternative.

I think it should stay farm land. Ellisboro is a farming community. Don’t think the roads and schools and also the town of Madison could not handle that.

It will disrupt our way of life. Traffic and noise. We didn’t move here to have 1000 houses down a two lane road with that kind of traffic. Already have school traffic to deal with

This is where my wife and family for generations have lived and took care of and we need to stop these heartless, money hungry developers from coming in and destroying it bringing in more chaos than positive change. We are not fit to handle 3000 to 7000 more ppl in this area. Also, this is why we live here now for the calm countryside!

We moved to Madison to get away from traffic and enjoy quiet rural life. There aren’t enough resources to accommodate this many houses in such a small area.
