Stop the Expansion of the Northwest Detention Center

For-profit prison company GEO Group has recently struck a $1.5 billion contract renewal with ICE to continue operating the Northwest Detention Center! The contract adds 60 unauthorized beds to the facility to detain even more of our neighbors. Sign this petition to demand Tacoma City Council enforce the zoning laws in Tacoma’s tide flats and restrict GEO group from expanding the bed count!
