Students aren't anti social because of their phones, we still do talk to eachother. This rule would cause problems in the school life, like period changes or different times when the period ends, we wouldn't know like in break what time does it end. As a learner of durbanville they shouldn't punish a whole school for something few kids do in class. Not everybody is on their phone in class
