Continue to protect this green space. This wetland is an important part of the ecosystem and a buffer corridor for wildlife between two residential areas. I strongly oppose its development. Preserve it at all costs.

Because we are running out of wildlife and I walk that trail every single day and I see dear and there are so many bugs that live there and feed feeds animals. We will be running animals out of our homes and then being mad because animals are in neighborhoods. They have nowhere else to go we do not need to turn a walking trail a swamp, and a home into a giant concrete pad for people.

To protect an iconic local trail and the ecosystem. We need more environmental protection not less. It is special because of the length of it and how it isn't impeded, connecting other forests. Animals can use it for migration

This land already has residents, animals and plants call this place home. We have enough land that is "ours". We should not be taking from those that can't fight back, we should not be destroying homes from the animals. Humans are the biggest killers on this planet

WTH!! Is there any natural habitat going to be left in this area? Before you slam me about needing housing take a look at the clone sub division off of #8 and behind Toyota. Go ahead and continue to wipe our green space, build your extreme tower building, but remember this once the environment is destroyed there's turning back! Nature has been our natural filtration system, our gift we continue to destroy all for the mighty $$$. Can't sustain the population we have now!

Allowing a stacked townhouse development at 160 Blenheim is greedy and irresponsible. This land was previously designated a natural open space system which is used to identify, protect, and manage environmentally significant areas. Galt has many vacant properties whose development needs to be incentivized over the continued loss of natural and environmentally significant space.

I live on Devils Creek and walk the trails regularly. The community is very concerned about the effect. This development will have on nesting birds, water, disruption of wildlife. There are so many empty lots, areas in the city core, which have been undeveloped for Housing which are close to services and transportation, etc. This natural space although sold by the city to the private developer is more than just an empty lot. Please stop development and reconsider the impact creek and the river.

I use this trail several times a week. It is full of biodiversity. Removing habitats along the Devils creek watershed will no doubt be harmful to the many species that call it home.
