Agueda has sadly had her job taken from her, despite dedicating 25 years of her life to her job. She is honest, kind and extremely hard working, she isn’t asking for money she is asking for the opportunity to continue to do what she is great at, work. I sign this petition today, and urgently encourage others to do so as well. As for the district, we ask you to kindly reconsider what you are doing. Remember all the years Agueda has dedicated to her job.

I believe it’s unfair for anyone to loose their lifetime job due to a work related injury. When these are their employees, she is a person who has been so committed to this job and her to just be pushed a way as a person who was there for less than a week. This economy is terrible to be refused a job that was hers and should have never been taken away from her just because she was out due to a job injury.

Agueda Olmos dedicated 25 years to this company. Always on time never called off , always been dedicated to her job 100%. Always did her overtime hours with no complaints. It is unacceptable and unprofessional what was done to her. The school district did not take her injury into account , they just took her job away with no explanation.

This is disappointing as the fact that she has given 25 years of her life to the district and they won’t let her come back? All she wants to do is work again and the district won’t let her cause of her age and race? That is diabolical and unacceptable. This is not the example we want to set for the students in this district. Kids are taught to judge people based on character and not their race or other factors. What the District is doing goes completely against that.
