This is absolutely unacceptable. Agueda dedicated employee who has given 25 years of service to this district. It is deeply concerning that someone with such a long history of commitment and service could be treated this way. I cannot help but question whether age or racial discrimination may be a factor, and if so, that is completely unacceptable. Agueda deserves fairness, respect, and accountability for the years she has devoted to this district.

Standing in solidarity with Agueda Olmos, a long term employee of the district. The district violating the collective bargaining agreement to begin with is shameful and it is even more shameful that they continue to deny her return to her assignment after a judge ruling which clearly stated she should be returned to work.

Justice delayed is justice denied. It is simply appalling that school administrators think they are above the law, especially when a judge has rendered their decision. How dare they spend our tax dollars on their own abuse of power.

The district needs to stop targeting older employees and honor the binding arbitration language in our CBA!
