Considering the life risk from fire in the Yorkhill area. The high rise risk compared to other areas! This is a poor choice station to cut.

This closure would put lives at risk by greatly increasing response times to flats in Glasgow Harbour and Partick.

We can't have any more Fire Stations closing. As a member of the public, we need to have a strong and effective response from fire & rescue sevices. NO MORE CUTS !!!!!!

Cutting our public services staff needs to stop!!! The government need to put more money in and stop cutting budgets especially after the fire at central station!!!

I served there for 4 years. 30 years in the service. Every second counts. The nearest station to Partick is Maryhill. You can add another 5 minutes on to any appliance attending incidents in the area. The service is being cut to the bone, these cuts will cost lives. The SNP don't give a damn.

This is my local fire station. The population of G3 has doubled if not trebled in the last 30 years. It is insane to put life’s at risk by shutting down this vital station our community

I heard about this at a community council meeting. This area has a lot of student living in student accomodation as well as locals living in tenement properties. I live in the street parallel to the fire station. It should not be under threat of closure.

I spent 30 years working in the fire service and when there is a major incident the more pumps and bodies the better

It is important to keep this link within the community for everyone's safety and reassurance that if needed to access this very vital service that help would be closeby.

Given the major fires we've recently experienced in Glasgow, I think it would be absolutely foolhardy to reduce the current operations
