Too much traffic on 35 already. You can barely make a left turn. Leave the land undisturbed.

I would like to see this left undeveloped but for those who feel as I do we need to put our money where our mouth is. If not reduce the total number of homes and cluster them so most of the land is left open, with the original landscape left preserved.

This construction will be happening literally in my backyard. Not only am I concerned about the natural habitat of the environment from all these homes being built, but I'm concerned about the traffic on route 35 that's already bad and the potential of my water table for our homes well being effected if 14 homes are built.

We need to preserve any land that’s still not built on. Also with major work done to the landscape that will affect the watershed to the cross river reservoir. We don’t need 14 houses built on that land. That house was built with the trees grown on the land if you go inside the house the finished carpentry is incredible.

Why so many homes? There should be a buffer between ward pound ridge and home septic setback. Should be a min 2 acre lots

I don't mind the property being used for additional homes. What concerns me is how these home owners would enter traffic on Route 35. I live at the Meadows and would NOT want to see a street opposite Meadows Lane. It is difficult getting onto Route 35 dealing with traffic going East and West on Route 35. To add another entry point across from the Meadows would be a disaster. If homes will be built, all traffic from these homes should gain access to Route 35 using the road by Bacio's.

I live in the Meadows and I’m concerned about the traffic on 35, as it is, it can take several minutes to get onto 35. I’m concerned about our water, over crowded schools and changing this beautiful landscape the we enjoy. Leave nature alone, we will be better for it.
