I am concerned about the additional traffic and change in traffic pattern. I live near this proposed development and am also concerned about environmental impacts it would cause to the surrounding area.

It is quite evident that the negative impact on our area will be greatly impacted . More traffic and strain on utilities.

Open & preserved land is what makes our little piece of paradise up here in northern Westchester so unique.

Preserving the land and the wildlife should be the most important priority for the conservation and sustainable management of the environment. Please take this seriously, Deborah

We need to preserve our community and not replace with all that 14 lots bring to water, septic, and traffic. At times it is impossible to get onto 35 from the Meadows and this will create more congestion and accidents

I do not support the proposed multi-dwelling construction on the Reynolds property. This type of development is too drastic for a small local town that has been focused on land preservation. We can encourage change in our area without detracting from the essence of the landscape. Take the time to look at the beautiful land conservation that recently took place on the private property located on Rt 121 between Rt 35 and Todd Road. This is what we need to promote. Thank You.

I stand with the comment that the pledge of the Lewisboro Vision Statement 2024 was to maintain the rural and open character of this area. This development proposal is an affront to the natural beauty and ecosystem of Pound Ridge Ward reservation as well as to nearby homeowners preserving the sanctity of minimal impact on our woodlands and wildlife. We do not need a push towards the artificiality of suburbia and major disruption to our local resources. I support efforts to stop this project.

The most special offering of living here is the open space. Hiking has kept me sane during the most trying of times.

It is absolutely essential that we preserve the property adjacent to Ward Pound Ridge Reservation as green space. Lewisboro remains the beautiful community that it is because of our green spaces. These natural areas provide habitats that support biodiversity. Please don’t permit that property to be developed; allow it to remain just as it is.

Lewisboro has a history of working to preserve open space for public rather than private enjoyment. Hope we can continue this long tradition. It should not be about the money.

This town requires open space, and this property is perfect and will be a welcome addition to the open space we are preserving plus it will give us the walking trails we desperately need in this town to interconnect open space tracts of land. SAVE THE REYNOLDS PROPERTY NOW !!!

Overdeveloping this property in Cross River which is part of one of the original farms in our town, lying partly on Van Cortlandt Manor lands would do much to erase the history that belongs to the Reynolds family, the property and the ton of Lewisboro.

As a strong advocate for our Pollinator Pathways in Lewisboro the development of this property would impact the meadows currently there that are filled with milkweed and other vital pollinator plants.

it is important to keep what open land there is around Ward Pound open.
