Desire to preserve open space in this wonderful area. Already too much traffic on 121 Heavy water and power usage Large sewage load

I have been living on Route 35 in Cross River for 29 years, traffic is already crazy and a new development would make it worse. We must keep the open land for wildlife.

I am opposed to developing. It should be preserved for environmental reasons. A full impact statement review and statement are needed.

Open space is essential for biodiversity, water quality, air quality, and mitigating climate change. It will help preserve the open space and rural character of our town, while enhancing enjoyment of the town's natural resources.

I commuted on route 35 between South Salem and Katonah for over 30 years, and the area by the Reynolds property has always been an area of heavy congestion during both the morning and evening rush hours. We do NOT need to make things even worse!

Echo the sentiments of this group - preservation, traffic, safety are all concerns. We have to turn onto 35 each day from our neighborhood and it feels more dangerous with each passing day, not to mention the ferocity with which drivers will tail you (even with your blinkers on), honk and spew profanity at you when you dare to turn from 35 into a neighborhood and slow down their 60+ mph cruising speed. Strongly object to anything that creates more of a hazard on this already dangerous local road

The location of the proposed land development will harm the local habitat for both animals and people. The bottleneck traffic during peak travel times near the Meadows will be horrendous. The beauty of our natural surroundings needs to be preserved in Lewisboro.

I am concerned about overdevelopment in our area and impact on wildlife and habitat loss. I strongly support permanent preservation of the Reynolds property. In addition, we have enough traffic on route 35 without adding more, and I desperately want to avoid losing more of the rural character I've known for over 20 years in living here.

Having two properties downhill from the potential development I am concerned about the impact on my well. For the larger community I am concerned about traffic impact in a spot that is difficult for entering 35.

It's important to consider what we value most about Lewisboro. Our open spaces, wildlife, and natural beauty are what make this community so special. Once natural habitats and open spaces are lost to development, they cannot easily be restored. We need to consider the long-term impact on wildlife, the environment, and future generations. I strongly support conservation and responsible development that preserve what makes our community unique.

There are unused parking lots and closed shops along the Bedford Hills Mount Kisco shopping area. Let’s prioritize affordable housing and services there first!
