It's absolutely outrageous how many beautiful areas of our gorgeous countryside are being laid to waste by more houses. Please fill up all the empty houses across Somerset.

The country side isn’t ours to take wildlife needs supporting and all we are doing is destroying it whilst making inadequate replacements

Good agricultural land needs to be preserved. Build on brown field sites.

This project threatens to ruin the Blackdown vale which is enjoyed by so many in its current state. This is not in keeping with the existing village or community.

The infrastructure of the area is inadequate, roads into town are overloaded, services like Health, Schools etc are poorly equipped to deal with this number of dwellings. Farmland is being devastated and the quality of life for existing residents of Taunton will be much reduced.

So much of our land is going to be lost by these greedy builders and shame on the council's for allowing it. It's not right. I will join the fight.

AOB ,green belt. We do not need a 7000 village. There is and cannot be any infrastructure

They should not be building homes on the vulnerable farmland and the farmers who own it to lose there income and stop growing crops for the uk and there animals

Overcrowding and no extra schools ,hospitals, dentists etc. Also the road into Taunton from Orchard Portman will be adversely affected.

Somerset is a beautiful rural county and the proposed 7000 homes will blight the beautiful Blackdown Hills.

This land should not have been sold in the first place. The amount of money generated from this will be enormous and it is pure greed by TW. There are enough brown field sites in our county town that need regeneration before we destroy anymore farm land and habitat. The uk roughly loses 76,000 acres of farm land each year to housing and infrastructure projects. We must keep our farm land secure from mass development because this is paramount for food production in these uncertain times.
