This Board is already violating the AIPCA's community standards with its existing maintenance shed on Sea Marsh Road which constantly has large piles of landscape debris less than 50 feet from the road, a multitude of equipment, tools and uncovered waste and on occasion, construction debris such as piles of wood, broken concrete etc for days in plain sight of the road. With this attitude on clear display this Board has shown itself to be the least environmentally respectful of the beauty of AIP.

My family and I use the Willow Conservancy walk daily and the green buffer it provides is invaluable. It is one of the primary reasons I bought my home as well as the other green spaces in the Omni property. This proposal would destroy property values in Fairway Oaks Villas and make life unnecessarily chaotuc for those of us who live here full time.

The island we love and live on has been hundreds of years in the making. Recently, it seems through our own negligence, we are causing it to disappear. The loss of our tree canopy and natural undergrowth is critical to the life and beauty of Amelia.
Why the rush? This should be a long plan, not a quick fix. Be a whole lot more transparent and painstaking before committing natural destruction. And spend a lot more time having community input and agreement for the needs of us all.
