I have family gatherings often and they park on my street and this would impact our family in a devastating way if they are towed with no warning. My family is going through financial hardship and cannot afford getting our cars towed.

Implementing towing residence and visitors automobile is not a good thing for our community.

I believe this petition clearly and completely identifies concerns with proposed parking rules and enforcement of those rules, and they represent my views too.

My thoughts the first step is that current parking practices are clear, concise and accessible under the current guidelines. As an example, Parking passes have been “out of stock” for a long time and unavailable, one of the various issues of the current practice that require a look before adding new restrictions to an already convoluted parking system in Otay Ranch 5

I believe current rules that are in place should be enforced before trying to establish an entirely new system. Parking was previously enforced successfully years ago with the current rules.

This affects my community and my personal life in a deep way and I want to support a resolution that will be positive for all of us.

This is an overreach by the HOA and is causing undue stress on home owners.

I don’t agree or recommend. Specially removing the security guard.

The proposed changes are unjustified and will create conflict within the neighborhood

strongly oppose removing street parking. It is an essential resource for residents, guests, caregivers, and service providers. Taking away these spaces would create unnecessary hardship and inconvenience for residents and make an already difficult parking situation worse. I also strongly oppose removing security guards. Their presence provides an important layer of safety and helps deter crime. Residents deserve both adequate parking and a safe community.

I strongly oppose the removal of street parking, as it is an essential convenience for residents and visitors. In addition, I have concerns about the removal of security measures. The HOA seems to be focusing more on policing residents than on protecting and supporting the community.

I disagree with the new parking proposal.

This is completely unacceptable. The inability of the HOA to enforce rules on those that don’t comply with the current rules is the real problem. Now everyone will have to bend and change a lifestyle for this ineffeciciency. We don’t have any parking issues on our street. Please focus on areas that are really where the problem is present. Start with those individuals

In our "mixed use" neighborhood, not good for a "one-size fits all" requirement. I believe the policy that's in place now allows for the flexibility needed in the Otay Ranch Five development which contains apartments, Attached homes and single family residents. Thank you for your time and consideration

I’m against removing street parking because it is an essential resource for us residents, our guests, caregivers, and service providers. Eliminating it would reduce parking availability, create unnecessary inconvenience, and shift parking problems elsewhere without a clear benefit to the community.

I don’t believe we have a parking issue in our community. I don’t believe that new parking rules are necessary.
