Our household has consistently had multiple cars to suit the needs of various members living here. Limiting parking would disrupt the livelihood and commute to work for a lot of us.

It is unfair to impose restrictions on our HOA as a whole when the problem is within a subordinate HOA. Also, removing the security guards will remove a deterrent to crime.
