It's important because I stay with my mother and she has a heart failure and she is assmatc as well so I'm using a Nebulizer now and then with her condition.
So with this electricity that can go for 10 hours.
It's really affect us a lot.

There is always loadsheding which is not good because when there is darkness the crime is to high in refilwe more than when there is electricity

For the past 12 years, every winter, the residents of Refilwe have been left without electricity, and year after year we are given the same explanations with no lasting solution. We have seen different Tshwane directors come and go, yet our community continues to suffer. It feels as though Refilwe has become a playground or training ground for officials learning how to run a municipality, while residents bear the consequences.
