Refilwe is growing and this inconsistencies of electricity is affecting alot. In my hoise we have a sickly 4year old whom we constantly have to plug into oxygen. So if he gets and attack and we don't have lights. Will cost more than sleeping without food... So we ask for a much biggger Sub station accommodating the growth of our kasi
