We, the tenants and owners currently residing at One Park, are asking for the replacement of Trimble Property Services as the building manager and janitorial services provider.

Over time, residents have seen a decline in the quality of the work provided by the current service provider. This has affected the day-to-day care and upkeep of the building, and it has left many of us feeling that the services we rely on are no longer meeting the standard One Park deserves.

A building should be clean, well managed, and cared for with consistency and respect by professionals for the people who live there. When that doesn’t get fulfilled, it affects the comfort, trust, and overall satisfaction of those living in the building.

This petition reflects the agreement of the residents currently living in One Park, including both tenants and owners, that Trimble Property Services should be replaced in its role as building manager and janitorial services provider.
