I'm signing as both a Ravensway homeowner and HOA representative. Regional told our community manager they'd have to close an account to refund a credit balance. I emailed twice and got no reply — it wasn't resolved until I raised it at a T.I.D. meeting. I toured M.O.C.'s facility: state-of-the-art call center, a drive thru payment window, and their own work crews. Our aging infrastructure needs repairs — savings from not outsourcing work could help fund them. M.O.C. is the change we need.

Be nice if they tear up the yard to no create a weed problem when there wasn't one to begin with and level it back out.

Regional water often does not respond to customer questions. They put you on hold forever. They do not have a drive-thru to pay your bill. They use third parties to conduct repairs.

I’ve personally experienced the frustration of trying to get help from Regional Water and not getting calls or emails returned. I like that M.O.C. tracks and records every call so messages don’t get lost, and has its own crews to handle repairs and maintenance instead of relying on outside contractors.

We deserve better transparency and water management in our neighborhoods. The two fire hydrants by our house didn’t work for quite some time until the new board stepped in to get them replaced. These served all of our three streets. What would have happened if our house caught fire?
