I’ve met Ish. He’s a good and honest man. A great servant to his community and a credit to the Royal Mail. I implore the Royal Mail to be a credit to Ish and reinstate him immediately.

Ish has always been more to the community of Dickens Heath than just the person that delivers post.

Ish is a credit to his employer. I have never known a postman to take so much pride in his work and to be so friendly and personable. I am disgusted to hear how he has been treated.

Another unhappy Dickens Heath Resident. Accidents happen. Nobody was seriously injured. I take it none of you making this decisions have ever made a mistake in your life. The Post Office imprisoned people for doing nothing wrong, now Royal Mail are sacking people for accidents. Seems like a way to avoid redundancy pay as you downsize. Disgraceful way to treat a long term employee as lovely as Ish.

Ish has been a postie for my parents for many years. He was so kind to my dad, who passed away earlier this year, and who would have been horrified to hear about this. Ish is exactly the type of diligent worker the Royal Mail should have in the community.
