Ish is an amazing postman - friendly and helpful. If a package to us has been addressed incorrectly but has our name on,he will knock the door and check that it’s ours. He has been delivering here for years and everyone loves him

Ish has been our postman for many years. He is kind, caring, always has a smile on his face and always has time for a quick chat. He is genuinely one of the good ones and I really think you should reconsider your decision. One mistake, which was not reported to you by the person who was affected, but Ish himself, should not define his career. He could have not told you, but by telling you proves his character - honesty and integrity - which sums Ish up.

because Ish goes above and beyond everytime he steps out that office. He will always help, he knows everyone he knows the area his dedication to his job is outstanding. You dont find many good workers you definitely dont genuinely find many to the standard of Ish he was dedicated. What a loss.
