Ish , was a long serving postman that always greeted everyone with happiness and kindness , I’m very sad to hear of this awful dismissal and I really hope you look into this and give him a fair chance !

Ish is the most friendly postman I have met . Always been so friendly and would love to see him delivering our post again!! Please being him back!! 23 years of his service and dismissed like that ! What a lovely and very loyal guy he is !

I’m signing because during Covid and also after, while I was in hospital and after I came back home, Ish would always check to see how I was doing, and while I was still in hospital, he would check on my family to make sure they were all ok. He’s just a genuinely caring, nice person. Doesn’t need to be treated like dirt, unfortunately this seems to be the way the Royal Mail treat their long term employees now.

Ish is a postman in a million, he has always gone out of his way to help. A few months ago I was expecting a delivery and explained to Ish that I needed it for the Saturday morning, he went into work and got the parcel for me and brought it round to my house, I know of no other that would do that. Have a heart and give him his job back

From what I have read and understood, this seems grossly unfair to reward Ish’s honesty in reporting the incident with termination of employment. Everyone is human. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone deserves a second chance.
