Subject: Petition Regarding the Conduct of Admin "Badass Genz"

Dear Owner,

We, the undersigned admins of the PPS, are writing this petition to express our serious concern regarding the conduct of fellow admin Badass Genz.

Our group was created with the shared objective of helping students across India by providing study materials, notes, PDFs, and guidance for JEE, NEET, and Class 12 Board examinations. This mission can only succeed through mutual respect, teamwork, and equal participation among all admins.

Unfortunately, we have observed repeated instances of arrogance, disrespectful behavior, and a dictatorial attitude from Badass Genz. His actions often create the impression that he alone holds authority over the administration, which is neither accurate nor in the best interest of the group. Such behavior undermines teamwork and creates an unhealthy environment for the admin team.

We respectfully request that this matter be addressed seriously. We expect every admin, regardless of role, to treat fellow admins with respect and to work collaboratively. If this pattern of behavior continues, we will find it difficult to cooperate in the administration of the group.

This petition is not intended to create conflict but to preserve fairness, unity, and the positive purpose of PPS Administration.
