Protection of these goats comes first. Honestly, this lawsuit is cruel.

Too many HOAs think they have total power over residents private property. This particular lawsuits is all about power and completely illogical.

This is absurd to sue a homeowner over a fence that protects their animals. The fence obstructs no one on the trail.

Infringement on one’s property first. Nellie Gail is considert a Ranch Community , She would turn in her grave knowing goats are not welcome! Whom does it hurt?

Goats are family! Having their bodies ripped apart in your own backyard is not right. HOA have some compassion…

Ridiculous waste of HOA funds. The Blumes have had enough tragedy with the coyote attacks on their goats! Help them save the rest❤️🤍💙 The fence is not harming anyone.

Mr. and Mrs. Blume are kind people and are trying to save lives, yet they being made out to be criminals trying to steal something. Really - All this about a fence height? A good question to ask yourself is if your small children would love to see a fence with shrubbery on it, or several animals bludgeoned to death in clear view. Apparently this has happened eight times and it should’ve never gotten to this point. Let the fence stay at a reasonable height and save lives in doing so.

Heartless elitist HOAs always badger residents for the wrong reasons: who can see a clear fence extension when tennis courts have taller fences? So protecting a tennis ball from going out of bounds is more important than protecting goats who eat the grasses that cause wildfires? You snooty OC assholes need to see how you feel if your little cat or dog is eaten and ripped to shreds by a coyote. Or your

To make an issue out of one homeowner trying to protect their pets borders on ridiculous and ludicrous. Using our homeowner dues to litigate this matter is nothing but a waste of money and time. Why doesn’t the HOA go after CC&R regulations that historically have not been observed? See more of my comment on Facebook

I think the NG board is being very inconsiderate towards Mr Blume. I think they should grant him a varience allowing him time to plant bougainvillea shrubs along the fence. Once these shrubs have reached 6’ high then the top fence section would have to be removed. Coyotes will not jump onto a thorny 6’high shrub. Board please be rasonsble in this matter. There are numerous fences in NG that exceed 6’. Is the board now going make all the homeowners who have these fences tear them down.

Coyotes pass by my street as well. And we lost many pets on the street. I want our pets and Tami’s parents’ pet goats be safe as well. Yes we want to protect nature but pets come first without hurting the nature. Protect the goats. What wrong with the shields they built to protect their loved ones!!!
