Petition to stop the Nellie Gail HOA's Heartless Lawsuit!

1st of all nobody's pet should be attacked and mauled. 2nd Their fence is along the horse trail. The riders don't care if its high or what it looks like. We horse riders just want nice footing to ride on, and safety. We don't want to ride up on sweet goats being slaughtered with blood and screaming. Making them take it down is just petty. Let them have their fence!

I purposely walk on this trail to see these goats because they are so cute and friendly and when you talk to them, they wag their little tails. The fence is not obstructive or an eye sore and is not affecting anybody. I commend these homeowners for protecting the goats as I often see coyotes in broad daylight on this trail.

This is a wonderful family who have lived and contributed significantly to the community for many years. I have known about the terrible problem with the goats being killed by the coyotes for some time and do glad their minimal fence alteration has helped save the remaining goats.

I’m anti-HOA and situations like this are the reason why. Nothing but a bunch of power tripping bullies. If the judge sides with the HOA, it will be for technical reasons only. Because what they’re doing is ethically and morally wrong. Not every situation is black or white. This is definitely one of those gray ones and allowance should be given for the homeowners to protect their animals.

This couple have lived in their home over fifty years and the people in charge of this HOA are being unreasonable as well as hateful in their treatment of two elderly residents in this community. The fence is in the back of their property, hurts no one’s view and protects their animals. Fine someone else who has an overgrown lawn or who speeds down the street. Time to leave these two people to enjoy what’s remaining of their lives.

HOA bullies!!! Heartless for supporting community members who have loss of their animals. A peaceful resolution on increasing the fence height was a fantastic solution with an appropriate and comparable look in appearance. Fighting for the goats and against the HOA is the right thing to do.
