Increased numbers of parked cars congest already narrow streets. Parties unregulated events are also lures for drug dealers and petty criminals, whose actions spill over onto the residents.

The building is right on residential houses and was noted for daytime office use.
The nighttime event usage with no licensing needs to be controlled and the owners need to comply with relevant by-laws and liquor laws.

Disturbing the neighborhood
Noise and the amount of cares are unbearable.
The noise have just been terrible
