Because they don’t have basic respect and consideration for others. No sense of community and society, they only care about making money for themselves.

The events being hosted at this property cause noise and traffic issues that affect residents in the surrounding area. It is supply too close to people’s homes to be used for these events at the times that they have been hosted.

The noise is dead smack in a residential area and continues on late into the night.

The cars are parked everywhere. Even now on weekends as events are being held. Our guests cant even find parking in front of our home. It gets extremely congested

As a resident of Melville and particularly of 7th Avenue, it’s important for me that neighborhood is a safe, comfortable and happy place for all, but especially the residents.

Increased numbers of parked cars congest already narrow streets. Parties unregulated events are also lures for drug dealers and petty criminals, whose actions spill over onto the residents.

The building is right on residential houses and was noted for daytime office use.
The nighttime event usage with no licensing needs to be controlled and the owners need to comply with relevant by-laws and liquor laws.

Noise levels, disrespect to the community and abusive racist language is never acceptable. I would like to live in a peaceful harmonious environment.

Our community respects each other - this level of self interest goes against by laws and our communities values.
