Couples who have grown up in the village are wanting to build a life and family in their childhood village and need housing to support them to do so. Locals should have priority of housing, funds should be spent on assisting locals young and old. Additionally the village has always been perceived as a safe community for all age groups and genders, this is and will no longer be the case as more properties become HMO's

Absolutely do not agree with this! We live in a little village where everyone currently feels safe. We are all family oriented people, we do not want to be feeling unsafe when walking across trails etc. there was an incident in pilsley a few months back due to an a migrant being put in there and then he was following young girls back on the trail and photographing them. We need to keep our village feeling safe not turn it into a ghost town where people are frightened to come out of thier houses.

We have a HMO at the bottom of our garden. I have 4 children, 2 of which are teenage girls. They won't even walk around to their village shop on their own anymore and don't even feel safe in our own garden! We have heard of the incidents with teenage girls and in the park. It isn't right!
