Couples who have grown up in the village are wanting to build a life and family in their childhood village and need housing to support them to do so. Locals should have priority of housing, funds should be spent on assisting locals young and old. Additionally the village has always been perceived as a safe community for all age groups and genders, this is and will no longer be the case as more properties become HMO's

The first priority for a local government is to create safe living communities for families to thrive. HMO’s do not contribute to this basic need, history has shown they create very unsafe areas, causing distress and actual harm to existing residents.

As we have seen through the media/press the amount of objections that small villages have raised none of us wish or want within our communities. We do not know their history and our village is not the right environment. Moving from a large city due to the quiet quaint living, is not vibe that we are looking for. For some who wish to move this will down value properties and potentially unable to sell.
