Impacting on a small village is not the way to deal with this. We need to also think about out infrastructure, people's homes will be devalue to the possibility of not been able to re-sell. This will drive out the small communities, destroy the way of village life. What needs to be address is a package/programme that lays out the basic way to live within our country, not garden/fly tipping, Crime will increase and over time will become a deprived area.

HMO is one thing, if it’s for homeless veterans and the like that’s fine, if they may are housing illegal economic migrants then they should be returned to where they have come from, first and for most back to France, or any one of the other safe havens they’ve travelled through, no question!

My young daughter has recently moved to Pilsley and i want her to enjoy her new home .There was an incident on the 5 pits trail where a young girl was followed, police were involved. ,females need to feel safe to walk around alone , thank you to our local councillor for policing the area.

Pilsley is not big enough for more people we have no drs surgery we have a couple of shops and a chemist and fish chip shop.

As someone who has grown up in London where HMOs are common and moving to a quiet village I think the government need to prioritise building schools and doctors not more housing. There’s no point having the population increase in certain areas if there is no facilities to look after people

We are a small village where the are already HMO's. We do not have the infrastructure for more of them. Where would they park? It would increase congestion in the village.

My daughter lives alone with her children and she doesn’t feel safe . They go to the park and film the children this is not acceptable behaviour!
