We moved up here to escape the city traffic and congestion. To be able to look at the skies with no obstructions. Every has an acre or two to enjoy life. I see whats happened further south with the housing developments and now we are considering going further out of the Surprise area for our peace and quiet.

I am signing to keep Wittmann at 1 acre minimum per house. The developments that the city of Surprise continues to approve while the road infrastructure is already way behind is ridiculous. It impacts all of us. Most of us live out here to be away from the shenanigans of city life, yet the city is encroaching upon Wittmann.
