Hoping this makes a difference. The rural lifestyle is becoming more and more difficult to attain. Please don’t ruin our lifestyle. Keep in mind the health impacts of not only the people of this community but our animals as well. The additional dust, exhaust, and pollution will have a lasting impact.

We moved out to Wittmann to live life a little slower than city life. We moved out here for the peace and quiet and to raise our kids in a place where they can play out front without cars racing down the street.. We want to see stars as we lay out on our trampoline at night. We want chickens and enough space to where we can actually enjoy our privacy from the neighbors. If we lose this.... I dont think there will be anywhere in Arizona thay feels like home anymore..

Wittmann is zoned for minimum 1 acre parcel. Not .9 acres nor whatever the city of Surprise is contemplating in regards to LAF. We love the lifestyle out here that is why we bought out here in the first place. The infrastructure of Grand/Patton/163 is a nightmare to say the least. With this many additional homes how will they access the highways. The cities and counties and state need to address the poor infrastructure that is currently on Grand before even considering this request.

Because we live here with our animals and like not having the big city in our back yard that’s why we built our dream place her so we could rope and enjoy our neighborhood and not all the traffic that comes with the city. Lynda Jones
