This concentration of poorly constructed houses and too many houses is going to overcrowd the schools and streets with no preparation. And are fire and police prepared for such an influ?
Thank you

Spot zoning in all of our communities needs to stop! We need to stop these developers that are pushing boundaries for their bottom line.

This land needs to stay zoned with the rest of the neighborhood. Protect the land that the planners said save. Do not sell out the people and what is left of an old established county neighborhood to developers to make profit off their suffering. Do the right thing and deny this rezoning.

Our commissioners are allowing these build without consideration for infrastructure, the impact that it has in our school age children or our way of life

We need infrastructure before adding more subdivisions to the area. The schools in this area cannot handle the load that this would create.

My family has luved here for generations. Rezoning this area just to build for profit isn't okay ir fair in the slightest. The families that have been here just like mine, that made this community what it is are now being forced out for profit so out of state ppl can move in. How is that good for this community? The roads are already too crowded. It is almost impossible to use Strawplains Pike where Carter Elementary is during drop off and pick up. The amount of increased traffic is absurd
