To many developments and not enough infrastructure improvements to support it. No more housing is needed!!!

This subdivision goes against Knox Co zoning. Please vote no. This developer should only be able to have Agriculture zoning just like all the neighbors!

Because the overdevelopmeny has gotten out of control. At the end of the school day, you sit still in traffic on hwy 25/70 or Strawberry Plains Pk for at least a half house from parents lined up to turn in when school let's out 30-45 later. When 40 shuts down and traffic rerouted, it makes it very dangerous for the kids because the semis and amount of traffic coming from the interstate.

The roads are very narrow and adding all the extra traffic will not benefit the area.

Our school's can't handle that much growth. The roads can't handle more traffic and the buses can't handle what we already have!

Too much rural land being used for housing that no one can afford and all these subdivisions are ruining the beautiful peaceful place I have called home for the past 20+years. What was once a beautiful place is now being overrun with houses and duplexes and so much traffic.

I grew up living in a house on Strawplains Pike, my Mom still lives there, and has for 30+ years. The house sits very close to the road. traffic going up and down the road is constant, loud, heavy & fast. It’s dangerous just trying to back out of it. I work in West Knoxville so I’m very familiar with scary drivers! I live in East Knoxville by choice and don’t want it to become West Knoxville. We already have too many cookie cutter subdivisions. We need our farm lands and some common sense!
