Land conservation is important. Not everyone wants to live in congested areas and watch our beautiful landscapes disappear

Vote NO to rezoning this property. This request should not be considered. This property has many sensitive ecological issues and is on a very congested dangerous 2 lane pike right next to our already overcrowded elementary school. This community cannot handle increased density in this location.

Once the farmland is developed, it is gone forever. Rezoning this property would ruin the rural characteristics of this area. That would be a travesty against the people, and it also goes directly against the comprehensive plan that we were told was put in place to protect us.

This is not a good idea for so many reasons. Reject this developers attempt to completely change the vision of a whole neighborhood. Protect the property rights of this rural neighborhood because it is the right thing to do.

This is an old established neighborhood on all 4 sides of this property with farms and wildlife. GIVE NO VARIANCES FOLLOW THE ZONING LAWS. This is a classic case of a greedy developer wanting spot zoning. You are not entitled to a blank check with any zoning you want just because you buy a piece of property. Hold this owner to the zone he bought into. Protect the comprehensive neighborhood plan for saving our farmlands.

Low Income housing, Recovery Center will hurt people's property values. We already have some homeless in our area. The focus needs to be helping the homeless off of Central and Fifth Ave. Help that area.

The roads can't handle the extra traffic and the school can't hold any more students

We do not need any more development here. The roads are small and it is becoming over crowded. My family built their house in 1976 and our family has been here sense. This is not what we want for our area. We bought and build here to live in the country. People need to stop this it is ridiculous at this point. Vote NO

Out infrastructure is already over taxed with all the other new developments in the area. The noise and light pollution halls drastically increased to the point where you can't sit outside and listen to nature because of all the traffic noise. We moved here 30 years ago because of the peace.

Traffic is already dangerous and near a school zone at that. The area already seems to be supporting much more than it should .

This are is already overwhelmed due to the community infrastructure not meeting the needs of all the new residence already in the area: roads, traffic, sewer, water, electric, gas, etc. We can no longer just blindly allow builders and large corporations to come in and dictate what is good for OUR community. They have no stake in this area other than to make money.

This would not be good for our community at all.
