Our roads & traffic patterns are already compromised with all the current developments. We have 2 lane roads with no turn lanes. Some of our roads are more like 1 & 1/2 lane country roads. Our schools can’t support more children. We are pretty much already at capacity. We only have one grocery store & 2 sit down restaurants. We live here in the country for a reason with farm land. We don’t want to live in the city.

Stop the greedy developers from destroying yet another agriculture zoned neighborhood just for profit. It will not profit those people living there.

Area much too small for this much development. Infrastructure not in place. Schools cannot accept the additional students without overcrowding and directly effecting our children’s learning. Officials are making decisions based on what brings in the most money NOT what is best for not only this community but so many other communities as well. Such a shame!

We have way too many developments going on here in the strawberry plains area! There is already too many people.. This wanting to put so many more it’s outrageous!! They have cut the teachers here at Carter as well as cut their pay.. Yet wanting to put more and more children into this already crowed area and schools.. WE DONT WANT THIS HERE WE HAVE ENOUGH!

Please vote no on this rezoning. It is surrounded by rural agriculture zoned homes and farms on all sides. We do not need more housing in the carter community. Over 1,000 houses have already been built this year or already have approval to be built this year right in this small community. Please stop the madness. These developers do not care about us they just come in and try to ruin our lives if they can get away with it and pocket the money and leave.

This needs at minimum a traffic study. It is unrealistic the mpc said this subdivision would only have 708 added daily trips and conveniently a traffic study is required if there are over 750 daily trips estimated. This cannot be sweeped under the rug. This road cannot handle the additional traffic. Say no to joe the developer!

Traffic on Strawberry Plains is already at a heavy pace. This increased volume will impact the school zone and endanger children.

Our community is already at the maximum with new housing. The local schools have too many students. The 2 lane road is already congested with vehicles. And with this new housing, there'll be at least 100+ more vehicles

Traffic on Strawberry Plains Pike is so out of control now with all the new subdivisions and apartments being built, that you may have to wait several minutes to be able to just turn left from Wooddale Church Road onto Strawberry Plains Pike. The schools in the Carter community are also not equipped to handle the influx of many more students. Our peaceful, mostly wooded areas that we love and moved here for 53 years ago are being destroyed. Please stop the building of more subdivisions!!

There is already too much traffic in our area, adding more is dangerous and putting another subdivision will ruin the land/wildlife at our home.
