This proposed rezoning is inconsistent with the goals, land-use policies, and character outlined in our master plan.
The local infrastructure—including road capacity, water, sewer, and emergency services—is overburdened and cannot support the increased density or traffic.
The proposed use is out of character with the established single-family/residential nature of the neighborhood and will severely disrupt community standards and compromised public safety.

There is no more room on Strawberry plains pike to begin with! Too many people to many cars not enough teachers to support the children that it would bring to them. I live in directly off Mccubbins cemetery and the road here definitely not fit for more and more traffic. This is not a suitable place, considering the creek that runs all the way down through.STOP THIS NON SENSE. This is a potential hazard for us and our neighbors as when the water rises so does our yard’s This will be a nuisance

Don't want anymore house's apartments or any more living places hello I moved here 22yrs ago and it was nice county living it's already too crowded my birds don't come around like they used to i prefer oxygen over blacktop and concrete

We are in a rural area. We would like to keep that A. Rural area, we don't need any more traffic. In our area, we have enough and with the manufacturing plant opening up in midway, we're gonna be bombarded with traffic as it is. So no, we don't need any more tourist events. We have enough. Thank you.

This is terrible land to try and put a subdivision on right in the middle of single family homes and farms. This is completely against the character of the neighborhood. Please vote no to this rezoning.

Protect the rights of the neighbors and do not sell out to greedy developers that will destroy the character of the area. Strawberry Plains Pike has had too many developments in such a short amount of time that it must slow down until the infrastructure can catch up. Please see this and vote no on September 21st.

This type of soil will ruin all the wells around it if it is developed. They will have to blast out rock and dig deep to put in sewage lines that will forever ruin all the wells that those people depend on. Please side with the people not the developer. He is using his greed to destroy that neighborhood.

Why do the MPC commissioners keep approving land that is unsuitable for subdivision developments? The public trust is gone and we think that they are all paid off behind the scenes. It is sickening to watch them smile and back each other up knowing what they are doing to communities. Just plain wrong!

The building is bringing outsiders into our county and the roads and schools are overloaded. Bad traffic with constant road work. People who are natives here can’t afford to rent a home or apt. Taking farm land.
