P.A.M. (Plastic Augmentation Mechanism) is planned to be constructed in Gloucester County with 100+ citizen signatures on paper, a formal executive board structure as of July 2026 and County support. Operations include removal of plastic waste from public streams, documentation of environmental impact and coordination with local law enforcement. Implementation of P.A.M. into Gloucester County is requested by residents and contingent on public demand.
We, the undersigned citizens of Gloucester County, formally express our support for inviting and establishing P.A.M.'s Plastic Pavers LLC operations within Gloucester County for the purpose of organized plastic pollution catch and abatement, public land/waterway cleanup and community health initiatives.
By signing this petition, I affirm:
1. I am a resident of Gloucester County, Virginia.
2. I support granting P.A.M. permission to operate volunteer-led plastic cleanup events on public property in Gloucester County, pending standard county permits.
3. I understand P.A.M. will coordinate with Gloucester County officials, Sheriff’s Office, and Public Works to ensure safety and compliance.
4. I understand that without demonstrated public support, P.A.M. will not expand operations into Gloucester County.

I believe in what Quinton is doing to eliminate plastic waste and turn it into useful products.
Quinton is a fine upstanding individual with great ideas. I support him in this venture.
We need an alternative location for plastic waste. Waste Management bins are often full. The Waste Management mountain is huge. Our plastic dependency calls for, at the minimum, the goal of repurposing. Good luck!
Its important to get plastics out of the water.
