Petition for Fan Representation in Indian Football
Indian football is at a crossroads.
League structures are changing, clubs are facing financial and operational uncertainty, competitions continue to evolve, and decisions affecting the future of the game are being made by administrators, associations, clubs and commercial stakeholders.
But where are the fans?
Supporters are the heart of Indian football. We fill stadiums, follow clubs, invest our time and money, build football culture and sustain the game through generations. Yet fans have no formal voice in the governance of Indian football.
Through United Bharat Football Fans (UBFF), we call for:
- Formal fan representation in Indian football’s governing and consultative structures.
- Regular consultation with supporters on league formats, calendars, ticketing, stadiums and matchday policies.
- Greater transparency and accountability from football’s governing institutions.
- Meaningful representation of fans at club, district, state and national levels.
- A stronger connection between Indian football’s decision-makers and the people who support the game.
We are not calling for control of football.
We are calling for a seat at the table.
Indian football cannot build a sustainable future without the people who make the game matter.
Sign this petition and demand a voice for Indian football supporters.
For the Beautiful Game. For the Nation. 🇮🇳⚽
