We are Standard 6 students from SJKC Lick Hung. Under the current Headmistress, our school is stressful and scary. The leadership constantly shouts at our beloved teachers, making them cry and severely stressed. This breaks our hearts and ruins our classroom morale. Furthermore, long assemblies full of scolding waste our valuable study time. We urgently ask JPN Selangor to investigate, protect our teachers, and restore our happy school.

Kita sebagai ibu bapa, kita tak larat melihat masalah di sekolah sedemikian. Pihak berkuasa tertinggi tidak boleh membiarkan pembuli di sekolah. Tiada sesiapa pun yang layak menerima layanan sedemikian. Adakah sesiapa yang mempunyai hubungan rapat dengan pihak berkuasa tertinggi dari jabatan pendidikan yang boleh membantu dengan situasi pembuli di sekolah rendah (SJKC) Lick Hung?

We have heard numerous troubling accounts regarding the principal, from her previous school as well as here in our current school. Since her arrival, the overall atmosphere and environment of the campus have noticeably changed. How can our children feel happy learning in such surroundings? Should the Board of Directors and PIBG allow the principal to continue treating and managing our school in this way, they also bear a measure of responsibility — this is deeply upsetting to us parents.

Imagine i have never met the principle.Never in the morning or afternoon!miss the former principle. Our kids future is at risk. Imagine if lots of unfairly treatment given to the teachers, how are they going to teach & raise our kids under pressure like this !

As a former student of the school, it is deeply concerning and upsetting to hear about the allegations of teachers being bullied and mistreated. A school should be a safe and respectful environment not only for the students, but also for the teachers too. Culture and leadership starts from the tops if guru besar lack of this, then how to train the students to have the right mindset and attitude.
Also lack of transparency, please investigate

The calendar is always releases last minute, say for example the latest sport day and replacement day was release 3days before sport day taken place

A Headmaster who has lost the trust and respect of so many parents should seriously question whether he is still fit to lead. A school needs leadership, not arrogance, excuses and a “my way or no way” attitude. If you can’t handle accountability, don’t sit in the Headmaster’s chair.

Saya menyokong petisyen ini. Guru Besar mesti bertanggungjawab dan accountable terhadap kepimpinan serta pengurusan sekolah. Jika begitu ramai ibu bapa dan guru telah menyuarakan kebimbangan, pihak kementerian perlu menjalankan siasatan yang telus dan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya jika terdapat salah urus atau kegagalan kepimpinan. Kepentingan murid dan sekolah mesti diutamakan.

一个已经失去这么多家长信任与尊重的校长，真的应该好好反省，自己是否还有资格继续领导这所学校。 学校需要的是有担当、有能力的领导，而不是傲慢、借口连篇和“一切我说了算”的态度。 如果连最基本的问责都承受不起，那就别坐在校长这个位子上！
