Don’t want a mosque around my neighborhood. Too many people and traffic. Not safe

Their weekly Fridays prayers and during Ramadan nightly prayers, traffic gets completely gridlocked with cars parked illegally everywhere, so residents cannot even get out of their own streets and parking is basically nonexistent. On top of that, some mosques blast the call to prayer on outdoor speakers at 4 AM and keep going until midnight. As per their books they are entitled. During holidays the neighborhood turns into total chaos with garbage, crowds and scooters everywhere.

The congestion in the neighborhood and the business we've seen in other communities will be very difficult to enjoy our homeownership. In the area

I use Tenth linebfor going to church every Sunday. There are alot of bikers on the weekends, so high traffic causes a big potential risk to the safety of drivers and bikers. Also its so narrow and cant handle high traffic. Please consider safety is the most important. Thank you.

Stouffville has always been peaceful and quiet. We have kept it this way for many years. Everyone is friendly and respectful of others, we respect the town and have maintained a clean and safe environment for everyone. I'm signing because I want our younger generations to have the same experience as us, and to be able to feel safe and have job opportunities here. This building will not only cause more traffic but also bring in more people to an already small town.

The proposed location is too close to the subdivision directly behind it. The increased number of vehicles and added traffic in the area could create parking and congestion issues on the streets of our quiet neighbourhood. I have no issue with the building of a mosque; I simply believe it would be better suited to the nearby industrial area. It will also cause a lot of traffic in our area unnecessarily.

I oppose the construction of a temple in the Stouffville community. It disrupts our peaceful living environment, creates traffic congestion, makes driving unsafe, and destabilizes the community.

Too congested, *especially* if call to prayer to be broadcast loudly. In which case, why not towards Musselman’s lake or more rural so less disruptive to neighbours

There is a Christian church at 54, it will cause possible conflict.

This is not a structure i would like at in the area. We need things such as shopping, youth activities and things that are sustainable.

There will be too much congestion going on 10th line. This project should be moved further away from the already congested residential area

As a local resident, I'm deeply concerned about traffic and road safety. Tenth Line cannot handle the increased volume, especially during peak hours. Council must listen to the community.

I am deeply worried that this project will heavily impact our town's environment and cause major traffic congestion. Our local infrastructure is simply not designed to handle this level of increased volume.
I urge you to think twice and carefully reconsider this decision before moving forward to protect our community's quality of life

On Fridays for Jumu'ah and during Ramadan nightly prayers, traffic gets completely gridlocked with cars parked illegally everywhere, so residents cannot even get out of their own streets and parking is basically nonexistent. Lack of responsible planning. Most residences are not aware of the development and progress.
