There will be too much congestion going on 10th line. This project should be moved further away from the already congested residential area

As a local resident, I'm deeply concerned about traffic and road safety. Tenth Line cannot handle the increased volume, especially during peak hours. Council must listen to the community.

I am deeply worried that this project will heavily impact our town's environment and cause major traffic congestion. Our local infrastructure is simply not designed to handle this level of increased volume.
I urge you to think twice and carefully reconsider this decision before moving forward to protect our community's quality of life

On Fridays for Jumu'ah and during Ramadan nightly prayers, traffic gets completely gridlocked with cars parked illegally everywhere, so residents cannot even get out of their own streets and parking is basically nonexistent. On top of that, some mosques blast the call to prayer on outdoor speakers at 4 AM and keep going until midnight during Ramadan, making it impossible to sleep. During holidays the neighborhood turns into total chaos with garbage, crowds and scooters everywhere.

1. Traffic and Parking Concerns
It could significantly increase traffic, parking demand, and congestion in our residential neighbourhood.
2. Noise and Neighbourhood Impact
The large number of visitors, increased vehicle activity, and potential outdoor gatherings could create noise.
3. Compatibility with the Residential Neighbourhood
the Town to carefully assess its impact on residents’ quality of life, property values, and neighbourhood safety before approving the proposal.

We, the undersigned residents of Whitchurch-Stouffville, are writing to formally express our strong opposition to the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment for a large-scale "Place of Worship" and institutional assembly facility at 12662 Tenth Line.
While community growth is expected, this specific proposal at the Tenth Line location raises significant concerns regarding municipal planning, infrastructure, and neighborhood compatibility:

This area doesn’t have the infrastructure to handle the increase in foot and vehicle traffic.
The noise and lights will affect the usage of the immediate area by the surrounding residents.
