Lawsuit against the Keystone Sanitary Landfill
We, the undersigned, seek to initiate a class action lawsuit against the Keystone Sanitary Landfill because of its threat to the health and well-being of all residents of Lackawanna County and its ongoing pattern of environmental criminality.
We believe that the Keystone Sanitary Landfill has created a serious risk to the health and well-being of our communities. Its ongoing pattern of environmental criminality has made it necessary for us to take legal action.
We are asking for support to move forward with a class action lawsuit against the Keystone Sanitary Landfill on behalf of all residents of Lackawanna County.

Because I grew up in dunmore and I’ve been subject to the effects of the landfill my entire life.
Save our homes, wildlife, farms, communities, air and water. They're is nothing safe about these
Its been 40 years of corruption. Im in to stop this madness.

I worked just below that monstrosity for 30 plus years. Horrible smells and who knows what leached into the water from it.
