The plans for traffic enter/exit seem ridiculous re: unsafe on steep hill. This is a watershed area on a steep hill. Adding building and concrete and removing mature trees is extremely counterproductive. Please do not allow rezoning this property.

In addition to the completely indefensible destruction of a beautiful wooded area, the construction of such a development along the steeply sloped Glazier Way will add traffic that will significantly increase risk of accidents particularly in winter.

this 8 acre wildlife refuge is home to many dear, foxes, coyotes, birds, in addition to the old trees. The idea of putting 76 three story condos in the middle of a huge slope threatens the people at the bottom of the hill with goodness knows what. Pesticides? Fertilizer? Weed killers? It is not the ideal place for building and I'm hoping beyond hope that our city Council will deny the rezoning.

We do not support this planned development and further destruction of Ann Arbor's mature forest in this area. This heavily wooded area is exactly the reason we purchased our home in this neighborhood. We value the local habitat and diverse ecosystem that provides sanctuary for a multitude of wild species.
