We NEED to keep urban trees. Among other things - they are a critical wildlife habitat, provide shade, help mitigate floods and reduce carbon dioxide in the city.

The loss of this forested area would be a terrible impact on not only the aesthetics of the region, but the natural environment that includes drainage for the stream, shade to cool increasing temperatures, habitat for animals, etc. The proposed entrance to the development would be risky at best on a steep slope that is already very congested during commute hours. Please reconsider allowing this to go forward. If you must have development, then make it truly AFFORDABLE!

We need to protect an environmentally rich resource that is not replaceable. I live in the neighborhood of the proposed project and am concerned about the potentially dangerous traffic pattern that would result on Glazier Way.

Toll Brothers and other developers are allowed to "clear cut" because it is cheaper for them to build when the land is cleared. That should not be allowed in a City that claims to care about climate impacts, carbon release and water filtration! Shame on the City!

Too densely populated already. Road can’t take anymore traffic as it is! Also, beautiful, natural environment. It’s essential to preserve as much as possible, especially off Glazier Way.

I have witnessed the shocking clearcutting of so many mature trees on the property that was bulldozed on Packard near Cobblestone Farm at a time when birds were nesting and raising their young. It was and remains very distressning, and I would hate to see the same thing happening on Glazier Way. This is, after all, “Tree Town!” How ironic, then, that Ann Arbor is clear cutting its trees.

It’s time to stop the building insanity in Ann Arbor. Key word here is ARBOR. You are destroying the character of the city and the reason we chose to live here.
