Kevin was in the church I was attending and such a good and caring man.. The perpetrator should be in jail !!!!! This is the result of his actions and this is so wrong, come on justice system step up and give his family peace of mind knowing the this guy has been dealt with!! Move him elsewhere… he should not be able to harass Kevin’s family by living next to them!!!!
