We call for immediate attention and accountability regarding Brandon Faulkner (17, turning 18 in December), who attends North Texas Job Corps and works at Panera Bread. He is engaged in an online relationship with a 13-year-old minor in West Virginia.
A 13-year-old cannot consent. This situation raises serious concerns under the law. When confronted, Faulkner told the person to kill themselves and used a racial slur.
We ask:
- North Texas Job Corps and Panera Bread to review his conduct and take appropriate action.
- Anyone with knowledge of this situation to report it to law enforcement and child protective services immediately (West Virginia CPS and relevant Texas authorities, plus the FBI if it involves online exploitation across state lines).
- Platforms and authorities to investigate the online contact with the minor.
